  • April 2008 - Numberjacks, the Cbeebies animation scored and sung by Justin Nicholls, was the No.1 best-selling BBC kids DVD for 2007 and the series is continuing to be a huge hit Worldwide.
  • April 2008 - Ilan Eshkeri scores Julian Holmes' Siren, first film in a new Trial and Retribution mini-series for ITV1.

  • April 2008 - Justin Nicholls (aka Monc) has just completed his fifth album recorded in Culver City Los Angeles. The Monc album incorporates a 14 piece string section and gospel choir amongst other things, all written, scored, arranged and conducted by Justin Nicholls. Release May 2008.
  • April 2008 - Ilan Eshkeri scores Nick Moran's Telstar (starring Kevin Spacey, Nick Moran, James Corden and Pam Ferris) for Aspiration Films.
  • April 2008 - Barrington Pheloung commences writing a ten minute Opera for the ENO based on the Giesha story and then will be writing a full Opera called The Missing Gospels for Alfie Boe and Janis Kelly.
  • March 2008 - Brian Bennett's classic hit song Summer Holiday is used for Walkers Crisps new commercial. Warren Bennett arranged, performed & produced the version.

  • March 2008 - Barrington Pheloung has written a set of 3 orchestral poems written and recited by Rolf Harris.

  • March 2008 - Justin Nicholls (aka Monc) score's Thirteen Kids And Still Brooding directed by Clare Richards for Norh One Television for Channel 4.

  • February 2008 - Ilan Eshkeri is awarded Breakthrough Composer of 2007 at The Film Music Critics Awards for his score on Matthew Vaughn's Stardust.

  • January 2008 - Barrington Pheloung scores Sharon Maguire's feature film Incendiary (starring Ewan McGregor and Michelle Williams) for FilmFour and Capitol Films. The film is Produced by Anand Tucker, Andy Paterson and Adrienne Maguire for ArcherStreet Films.

  • December 2007 - Alan Hawkshaw’s classic Countdown theme is currently being licenced for the Terry’s Chocolate Orange commercial.

  • December 2007 - Composer and Song-writer Alan Hawkshaw co-wrote the lead track Pray on Jay-Z’s ‘American Gangster’ album which reached number 1 in the UK with sales over 600,000 in the first week!

  • December 2007 - Nathan McCree recently scored the animation film Waterlollies directed by Adam Phillips. The film is proving to be one of the fastest downloaded animated films of 2007! To view go to: www.biteycastle.com

  • November 2007 - Steve Isles scores Echo Beach (starring Martine McCutcheon, Hugo Speers and Jason Donovan) for Kudos Film & Television. The 12 part series is broadcast on 10 January 2008 on ITV1.

  • November 2007 - Ian Neil music supervises the feature documentary Of The Time & The City by acclaimed director Terence Davies for Hurricane Films. The film is a 'visual poem' to the Liverpool Terence grew up in to celebrate the City's status of European Capital of Culture 2008. The commission is part of the Digital Departures scheme (funded by BBC films amongst others).

  • November 2007 - Congratulations to Alan Hawkshaw who was awarded a Fellowship of Leeds College Of Music.

  • November 2007 - Barrington Pheloung scores Richard Spence's Life Born Of Fire, the first of four Lewis films in the second series for Granada / ITV productions. Produced by Chris Burt and due for transmission in March 2008.

  • September 2007 - James Hyman's music supervision can be see on the wonderful and critically acclaimed feature documentary In The Hands Of The Gods released via Lionsgate Films.

  • August 2007 - Ilan Eshkeri has recently been working with the legendary Annie Lennox for two months, on her live and exclusive concert at the Mermaid Theatre, London (25 August 2007) for BBC Radio 2, arranging some of Annie’s classic songs including Sweet Dreams and Walking On Broken Glass for 50 piece orchestra and band.

  • July 2007 - Brian Bennett and Warren Bennett have recently finished scoring Series 4 of the highly acclaimed BBC drama New Tricks starring Amanda Redman, Dennis Waterman, Alun Armstrong and James Bolan for Wall to Wall Television for BBC1.

  • July 2007 - Alan Hawkshaw has established The Alan Hawkshaw Foundation to put investment back into the industry by supporting gifted musicians at Leeds College Of Music. The scholarships from the foundation provide young musicians with opportunities they would otherwise not have access to. John Dankworth CBE, one of Britain’s best-known jazz musicians, composers and commentators, has recently become a patron of the foundation.

  • August 2007 - Ilan Eshkeri who has recently scored Matthew Vaughn's Stardust will be collaborating with Vaughn again on Marvel Enterprises movie Thor. Production set for 2008/9 will be produced by Avi Arad and based on Marvel's comicbook character the Norse Warrior, Thor.

  • March 2007 - Ian Neil to music supervise Fragile Films St Trinian's starring Rupert Everett, Colin Firth, Emily Watson, Richard E Grant and Russell Brand. The film is being directed by Oliver Parker and produced by Barnaby Thompson and promises to be more controversial than the originals!

  • January 2007 - Ilan Eshkeri to score Strength and Honour directed by Mark Mahon, starring Michael Madsen, Vinnie Jones and Richard Chamberlain.

  • December 2006 - Steve Isles scores additional music for Julien Temple's Joe Strummer: The Future is Unwritten. The Fillm is World Premiering at Sundance in the World Cinema section and has been nominated for the Grand Jury Prize. DNA's Ian Neil music supervised.

  • December 2006 - Barrington Pheloung starts scoring Sarah Harding's Old School Ties, the second of three Lewis films this year produced by Chris Burt for Granada / ITV productions.

  • December 2006 - Steve Isles scores additional music and songs for Stephen Surijk's I Want Candy starring Carmen Electra, Tom Riley, Tom Burke and Mackenzie Crook. Produced by Barnaby Thompson and Piers Thompson for Fragile Films / Baggyjoe Productions Ltd. The film is released in the UK on March 23rd , 2007 on 300-400 screens via Buena Vista (Disney). DNA's Ian Neil music supervised the picture.

  • November 2006 - Big Contratulations to David James Herbert for winning the Rock Against Racism competition and will be supporting Corinne Bailey Rae on her forthcoming tour.

  • October 2006 - DNA are very proud to announce that we are now representing composer Ilan Eshkeri. Ilan is a formidable talent and is just completing the hugely anticipated Hannibal Rising (directed by Peter Webber). Ilan was also awarded 'Discovery Of The Year' at the World Soundtrack Awards for his score on Layer Cake. Ilan works with Grammy Award winning producer/engineer Steve McLaughlin who has produced, recorded and mixed the scores for many major feature films including the Die Hard series, the Lethal Weapon series, Interview with the Vampire: The Vampire Chronicles, Michael Collins, Robin Hood Prince Of Thieves and and About A Boy to name but a few.   • October 2006 - Barrington Pheloung to score Anand Tucker's And When Did You Last See Your Father? (starring Colin Firth and Jim Broadbent). The project has been developed under the UK Film Council's Super-Slate initiative in association with Film4, Intandem Films and the Irish Film Board and will be distributed by Sony Classics for North America. Stephen Woolley and Elizabeth Karlsen at Number 9 Films are producing the adaptation of Blake Morrison's memoirs. Production to commence this month.

  • September 2006 - Cashback, the debut feature film by Oscar-nominated writer/director Sean Ellis, will enjoy its World Premiere at the 31st Toronto International Film Festival. The film has been chosen as one of thirteen titles in the festival's Discovery programme. Guy Farley composed, conducted, produced and arranged the music with DNA score supervising.

  • August 2005 - Guy Michelmore has been commissioned to score the first two of seven animated feature films for Marvel and Lion's Gate in the US. The first two feature comic book heroes Captain America and the Ultimate Avengers.

  • July 2005 - Barrington Pheloung's Shopgirl to World Premiere at the Toronto Film Festival this year. US release 21 October 2005 / UK release November 2005. The film stars Steve Martin and Claire Danes. Soundtrack information to follow.

  • July 2005 - Barrington Pheloung has been commissioned by Granada/ITV to score Lewis the follow-up series to Inspector Morse. Currently in production.

  • April 2005 - DNA proudly presents Barrington Pheloung and the London Metropolitan Orchestra String Quartet at Brass Hat's 'Famous Face On Canvas Campaign' at Christies Auction House in aid of charity. Christies will be auctioning rare movie memorabilia and canvases supplied by Steve Martin, Richard Gere, Madonna, The Rolling Stones, David Bowie, Sting and the Charlie Chaplin estate to name but a few.

  • March 2005 - Steve Isles scored the comedy film Heyday (starring Kenny Lynch) which just received the UK Film Council international award at the Images of Black Women Festival.

  • December 2004 - Alan Hawkshaw -Together with Leeds College of Music, Alan has created a bursary fund, which will contribute towards tuition fees, instrument costs and will most importantly give the next generation of artists and musicians the opportunity to follow their dreams. The Alan Hawkshaw Scholarship Foundation will fund underprivileged students in the field of music.

  • July 2004 - Steve Isles completes 101 Things for Mentorn / C4, the comedy short film You're In There Ltd starring Nick Moran and is currently writing songs for the award-winning comedy animation series Monkey Dust for Talkback / BBC2.

  • June 2004 - Guy Farley has now completed scoring the romantic comedy Two's Company and is currently working on Wake Of Death starring Jean-Claude Van Damme for Bauer Martinez Studios.

  • June 2004 - A big congratulations to Brian Bennett who has been awarded an OBE on the Queens Honours List for his service to the music industry as a performer, writer and Film & Television composer!

  • April 2004 - Justin Nicholls series The National Trust receives BAFTA for best factual series.

  • April 2004 - Steve Isles has been commissioned to score the series Poor Little Rich Girls for ITV. Steve has also just completed the 2 part documentary series Born Too Soon for Maverick Productions.

  • March 2004 - Nathan McCree's has just been commissioned to work on the forthcoming 'BC' computer game via Intrepid for Lionshead.

  • March 2004 - Justin Nicholls' music can be heard throughout in the MTV hit series 'Til Death Do Us Part - Carmen & Dave'. The series follows Carmen Electra and Dave Navarro saying their "I do's"!

  • March 2004 - Steve Isles scores The Family (6 x 60mins) for Endemol to be screened on Channel 4.

  • March 2004 - Nathan McCree's much anticipated game Breed has now been released and has shot straight in at number 9 on the games charts.

  • March 2004 - Barrington Pheloung to score Disney's Shopgirl starring Steve Martin and Claire Danes. The film is directed by Anand Tucker (Hilary & Jackie) for Hyde Park Entertainment.

  • January 2004 - Justin Nicholls created all the music for the BBC's The National Trust series which was recently broadcast.

  • Spring 2004 - Guy Michelmore to score David Attenborough's Time Machine 3 x 1 hour mega grope for BBC1 telling the history of the world with a stonk load of CGI.

  • Autumn/Winter 2003 - Guy Michelmore to score feature film Frozen starring Shirley Henderson (Harry Potter 2, Bridget Jones' Diary and 24 Hour Party People) and Roshan Seth (Ghandi, Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, My Beautiful Launderette). Directed by Juliet McKoen for Shoreline Films and Zentropa. Incidental score and songs.

  • November 2003 - Guy Farley to score the feature Modigilani starring Andy Garcia based on the Italian artist. Directed by Mick Davis.

  • October 2003 - Brian Bennett finished recording the score for Moon Power to be shown on BBC 2 on Sunday 9 November 2003.

  • October 2003 - Guy Farley completes the film Madre Teresa which premieres in Rome next week.

  • October 2003 - Brian Bennett is producing six new soundtrack albums which will be released in April 2004. Further infomation will be available prior to release.

  • October 2003 - Steve Isles has tracks featured in Ray Brady's new film Tream 1 - The Movie, a martial arts spectacular featuring the twins from The Matrix Reloaded.

  • October 2003 - Guy Farley wrote and produced all the music for ITV's new game show I Am The Answer (55 episodes) now airing on ITV 1.

  • September 2003 – Guy Farley recently completed the feature Citizen Verdict (starring Jerry Springer, Roy Scheider and Armand Assante and is currently scoring the epic feature Madre Teresa (starring Olivia Hussey)

  • September 2003 – Steve Isles scores the Channel 5 series A Home With The Eubanks. Ratings go through the roof for this fly on the wall documentary with over 2.5 million tuning in a night. Get Down With The Eubanks, the compilation album to be released shortly.

  • September 2003 – Steve Isles commissioned to do the music on Boss Swap and Extremists for C4.

  • September 2003 – Guy Farley collaborates with the Sugababes on their forth-coming tracks Caught and Conversation. Previously Guy produced and arranged for Appleton on Don’t Worry which reached No.5 in the UK chart plus 5am and MWA which are on the album.

  • September 2003 – Juliette Jaimes who wrote Kiss Kiss for Holly Valance has 2 tracks on her next album due out at the end of this year and has just written ‘Obscenely Delicious’ which has been recorded by Lisa Scott-Lee (formerly of Steps)

  • September 2003 – Guy Farley collaborates with Michael Nyman for the new Lloyds TSB ad campaign 'Equus', two of which are on air in October. Guy is producing an extended new version of the theme to The Piano as part of the work.

  • August 2003 - Nathan McCree’s Tomb Raider rumoured to be turned into a symphony.

  • August 2003 – Warren Bennett’s score for Matador Pictures Chaos & Cadavers (starring Keeley Hawkes, Rik Mayall and Nick Moran) will be released on soundtrack via Alchemy Entertainment / Cadiz via Pinnacle. The film is released in Spring ’04.

  • July 2003 – Barrington Pheloung conducts the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra at London’s Royal Festival Hall. The event was to celebrate The Best Of British Film Composers for which he was asked to contribute.

  • July 2003 - Guy Michelmore to score Porchlight Entertainment’s hugely anticipated animation series Tutenstein.

  • June 2003 - Brian Bennett completes the final series of Murder In Mind films for the BBC.
