Andrew Sloman

Andrew Sloman is a British singer-songwriter who cut his teeth on Bristol's highly regarded live music circuit where he progressed quickly from open-mic nights to buzzing headliner slots. In 2006 he made the logical move to London and wasted no time in impressing the crowds at some of the capital’s top live venues.

In 2008 Andrew put together a superb Band which now accompany him at his live shows. Taking to the stage with his acoustic guitar and 6 piece Band (Bass, Drums and String Quartet), Andrew has supported a wide range of artists, from new acts like The Zutons and The Automatic, to the legendary Sting. He has also performed live sessions for ITV and the BBC.

Andrew has access to what seems to be an infinite supply of emotions to fuel his passion for songwriting that is accompanied by his unforgettable voice. With a sound that has been described as haunting and emotive, his songs are deeply personal.

Andrew is currently finishing his album which he is producing and recording from his home in London. Working with String players from the Royal Philharmonic, London Philharmonic, The Guild Hall and The Royal Academy, Andrew's release later in 2009 on Atomic Records will be one to watch out for.
